What We Do!

We teach valuable communication principles and give negotiation tools and the positive mindset needed to succeed in the real world of business. We also combine a fun safe environment for Chicago's youth to grow into a better tomorrow while they earn extra money to further their education and personal needs. Usually earning A LOT more than minimum wage! 

The YouthWorkForce program was created over 7yr ago and it is a work study program for students between the ages of 14 thru 24yrs old based in sales. Eric Black who is a Chicago native created the program and has been in the newspaper selling business since he was 15yrs old and now with over 15yrs in the industry and 100’s of former employees much more prepared
for the challenges in life after working with the program we are now in our 8^th summer. Over the last 7yrs we have created a youth job program that actually teaches our youth something that will last a lifetime and that’s the self confidence and personal understanding that they can make a respectable living in any economy. Our kids come from all different backgrounds, Neighborhoods and lifestyles, yet they have 1 thing in common; THE DRIVE TO ACHIEVE THE BEST IN LIFE & THE KNOLWEDGE THAT AN OUNCE OF EFFORT WILL PRODUCE A POUND OF POSITIVE IMPACT ON OUR WORLD!

We believe that with some drive, little self confidence and good communication skills our kids will have a defined advantage over any youth without these skills.
